Suz was petsitting my cat Louie for almost two weeks while I was away. He is an older cat with a few chronic illnesses and he can be timid. Suz had to pill him every day so that Louie got his long term medication reliably. Suz is incredibly kind, patient, responsible, and trustworthy. She is dependable, punctual, and she gave me daily updates on Louie. She spent time with him so that he had company and even got him to play so that he had daily enrichment. It’s obvious Louie is comfortable with her and he did great while I was away. Suz has extensive experience in animal care and a background in animal behavior. I can tell she sincerely cared about making sure Louie was comfortable, happy, and that she was taking excellent care of him. She followed through on my instructions and made sure Louie stuck to his daily routine. Since she has worked extensively with animals, Suz has an understanding and appreciation for medical conditions, as well. I am a veterinarian so her being able to pick up on any signs that could be concerning and relaying that to me was very valuable. My husband and I were a little nervous about adopting our cat since our beloved cat had died a month before and we really wanted our new cat to be healthy.  Suz is a true professional who takes absolute joy in her work.  She came to our apartment and spent an unhurried time going through all of the medical records the shelter gave me.  Even though we had gone through the records too, she was able to comb through them with her expert eyes and give us information about his eye infection and previous medications he had been on that we missed that was important to tell the vet at the upcoming appointment.  Our cat felt really comfortable with Suz right away and her expertise was apparent.  She addressed the things the shelter had told us, such as that he had separation anxiety.  Suz modeled how to leave the apartment keeping this in mind to correct the problem.  She had other suggestions too.  She also brought a toy with her that our cat ending up loving and modeled effective play.  She made me feel like I was doing a good job, saying things like, "Wow, he already looks to you after you speak to him.  That's a good sign."  Suz is fantastic with animals and their human best friends.  Do yourself a favor and get her on your support team! -Christine & Thurgood

I wholeheartedly recommend Suz's pet sitting services! She has provided excellent care for my two cats.One of my kitties is very shy and sometimes when I travel she gets very anxious; however, Suz managed to win her over in the blink of an eye! Suz sends pictures and updates of every visit and I simply feel calm when I'm away knowing my babies are safe in her hands.
